Brandon Blackwood offers a 14-day return window for all eligible handbags and accessories, provided items are in their original condition with all protective packaging intact. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and sale items are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original Brandon Blackwood dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all original tags and hardware protectors are attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
